On May 25th, the BioElectronPhoton project was launched in front of ANR members, as part of the electronics PEPR. In our laboratory, this will result in a thesis. We will study hafnia based materials for hybrid materials systems OxRRAM/FeRAM. Vineeta Yadav will start her thesis on the subject in October.
