JNSPE 2023 conference in Sofia-Antibolis


Success of the JNSPE 2023 (Journées Nationales des Spectroscopies de PhotoEmission) conference in Sofia-Antibolis, France. More than 100 participants, 26 oral presentations, 4 invited presentations, 33 posters and 2 contributions from our LENSIS lab (Santiago and Tom).

Santiago had the opportunity to give an oral presentation entitled "Interface Control Layer in BaγSr1-γTiO3 Based Varactors for 5G technology" on his research work during his first 1 year and half of his PhD.

Tom was able to present his bibliographical advances as well as his future laboratory or synchrotron experiments during several poster sessions. He presented a poster entitled "XPS and HAXPES characterisation of Front-End of the Line (FeOL) Ferroelectric Field Effect Transistor FeFET". This project is a collaboration with STMicroelectronics.
